PRIVACY COLLECTION NOTICE Any personal information provided to or collected by Aesthetics will be used for the purpose of providing you with information about Aesthetics events and other information connected to Aesthetics, to respond to requests by you. If you choose not to provide us with your personal information, we may not be able to provide you with information and/or access to services that may be of most relevance to or interest to you. PRIVACY CONSENT I agree and consent to receive commercial electronic communications from Aesthetics (Aesthetic Centre of Education Pty Ltd), Aesthetics exhibitor partners or its service providers on behalf of Aesthetics. I understand that I may withdraw my consent from receiving commercial electronic communications at any stage. By completing this registration form, I consent to receive commercial electronic communications as set out above. PAYMENT TERMS Credit card payment is required at time of registration to secure your position at Aesthetics events. Credit card payments will incur merchant fees of Visa/Mastercard 1.5%, Amex 2%. Your tax invoice can be accessed via your confirmation email, once registration is completed. All discount registration codes must be entered and applied at the time of purchase; one discount code can be applied per purchase. CANCELLATION POLICY Change of mind cancellations prior to 30 days out will be refunded, however, will incur a cancellation fee of $250.00. Cancellations within 30 days of the event will incur a 100% cancellation and are not able to be refunded. If you can no longer attend but wish to have another guest take your place, a name change can be offered for a $150.00 administration fee. Any lost name badges onsite at the event after print is issued will incur a $1,000.00 replacement fee. In the event that the event cannot proceed due to unforeseen circumstances, all ticket purchases will be transferred to the 2026 event.
