PHOTOGRAPHY & VIDEOGRAPHY By attending this event, you consent to being photographed or recorded. Images may be used for promotional and communication purposes. PAYMENT TERMS Credit card payment is required at time of registration to secure your position at Aesthetics events. Credit card payments will incur merchant fees of Visa/Mastercard 1.5%, Amex 2%. Your tax invoice can be accessed via your confirmation email, once registration is completed. All discount registration codes must be entered and applied at the time of purchase; one discount code can be applied per purchase. CANCELLATION POLICY Cancellations made before Wednesday, 22 April 2026 at 6:00pm AEDT will receive a full (100%) refund. Cancellations made between Wednesday, 22 April 2026 and Friday, 5 June 2026 at 6:00pm AEDT will incur a 50% cancellation fee. After Friday, 5 June 2026 at 6:00pm AEDT, a 100% cancellation fee will apply, and no refunds will be issued. If you can no longer attend but wish to have another guest take your place, a name change can be offered for a $150.00 administration fee. Any lost name badges onsite at the event after print is issued will incur a $100.00 replacement fee. In the event that the event cannot proceed due to unforeseen circumstances, all ticket purchases will be transferred to the 2027 event.
