Meet our Speaker

Sean McClowry

Sean McClowry is a partner with Deloitte and leads Deloitte Australia’s Climate & Industrial technology team, leveraging digital twins, IoT, and AI to drive decarbonisation, climate change adaptation, biodiversity and smart manufacturing. He also leads Deloitte’s Optimal Reality Digital Twin solution, a platform utilising Formula 1 technology to develop real-time smart cities. For the past few years, his primary focus has been shaping, selling and delivering world-class digital twins and AI initiatives to create smarter, more sustainable cities.

Prior to joining Deloitte, Sean was Head of Digital and CIO at the Global CCS Institute. In his role at the Institute, Sean developed information exchange platforms for solutions to climate change. He has a BS in Bioengineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign where he worked at the Beckman Institute for Advanced Science and Technology.
